Function Venue

This is the perfect place for end of year functions/ office parties & teambuildings.

An absolutely awesome venue for batchelorettes/batchelors, birthdays, baby showers, kids parties… in fact any occasion. Our western themed venue will make your function a truly memorable one.

Our venue consists of an indoor clubhouse and bar, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor area. Venue fee is R1500. This includes setup of pallet tables with table cloths, hay bale seating (setup indoors or outdoors), a photo corner western style,and a pony for ponyrides for one hour. She can also be dressed as a unicorn if required 😉
We can accommodate up to 60 people.

In addition we offer the following:

  • Live country/rock Band- GUNSHOT BLUE- R8000
  • Jumping castle R600
  • Mechanical bull R3000
  • Line dancing R1500
  • Paint & Wine R400pp

We do offer Catering:

Option1
: braaipacks at R200pp
The braaipacks are 1xmeat and 1xvegie pack & marshmellows on sticks.
This includes 1 colddrink/water.

Option2: Picnics at R300pp.
This includes a Cold meat roll, pasta salad, fresh green salad, fresh fruit skewers and a mini tart.  Includes 1 water/colddrink.

Option3: platters- small feeds 10 people and large feeds 15 people.
Canapes / fruit kebabs / cheese/ crudites/ finger snacks/ open sandwiches/ sweet pastries/ breakfast / Pregos.

Drinks can be bought from our saloon.
Own catering is also welcome with venue hire
Please note this is not a night venue and we close at 4pm. If you require the function to go past 4pm- please arrange with Kim.

The venue is decorated in western style with hay bale seating and pallet tables. Please specify if you would prefer tables and chairs.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations to make your own theme.
